Online top-up service for Octopus Card on Mobile has now been resumed. Customers who have made unsuccessful credit card top-up will receive the refund in their credit cards. For customers with unsuccessful FPS top-up, the amount has been refunded to their Octopus Wallet. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
