Grand Prize

- Winners must email oclmarketing@octopus.com.hk by 5:00 p.m. on 5 September, with the following information for prize registration:
1) A photo clearly showing the winning Octopus number; and
2) Contact phone number; and
3) Full name as shown on the Hong Kong Identity Card
Octopus Cards Limited (“OCL”) will contact winners via email to make appointment for prize redemption letter collection upon such email is received. - Winners must collect the prize redemption letter in person at the OCL office on the pre-scheduled date and time before 5:00 p.m. on 19 September, with the following documents:
1) Winning Octopus; and
2) Hong Kong Identity Card; or
3) If the winner is unable to collect in person, an authorised representative must provide a signed authorisation letter, a copy of the winner’s HKID, and the original HKID of the authorised person. - If the winner is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them and present supporting documents (e.g. birth certificate or legal guardianship proof) to collect the prize on their behalf.
- Winners must redeem the prize according to the instructions stated in the prize redemption letter, subject to the terms and conditions issued by Greater Bay Airlines.
- If the prize is not redeemed within the specified period, or if the Octopus is suspended, terminated, cancelled, lost, or stolen at the time of redemption, the prize will be forfeited without further notice.
