Borderless Online Shopping Including EEA
If you're an Octopus Wallet Plus or Pro user and have just set up an Octopus Mastercard, you can use it worldwide, including at merchants in the European Economic Area (EEA), such as Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Steam games.
While existing Plus or Pro users already had an Octopus Mastercard, you can upgrade it instantly for free in order to pay EEA merchants. Note that the card number will be changed, so you should update any subscription merchant records accordingly.
* Octopus Mastercard for Lite users cannot be used at merchants in the EEA because of the card's anonymous nature. But it is accepted by most other Mastercard merchants.
