Winner Announcement & Prize Redemption
Winning Mobile Octopus numbers will be announced on this webpage and in newspapers, according to the following schedule.
- Winners must collect the prize in person at Octopus Cards Limited (“OCL”) office.
- Lucky Draws will not be on a cumulative basis. The number of Lucky Draw Entr(ies) will be cleared after each round of Lucky Draw. No Prize can be altered, transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products and/or services under any circumstances whatsoever.
- OCL will make appointment with the Prize Winners by way of phone call, email, SMS and/or push notification to collect the Prize at the office of OCL on or before 21 November 2025, The Prize Winners must bring along the following to OCL office at the appointed date and time:
- Hong Kong identity card; and
- the Eligible Mobile Octopus.
- If the Prize is not redeemed within the specified period, or if the Mobile Octopus is suspended, terminated, cancelled, lost, or stolen at the time of redemption, or if the winner’s Octopus Wallet is not connected to his or her mobile device or the Octopus App has been uninstalled; the Prize will be forfeited without further notice.
- If the winner is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them and present supporting documents (e.g. birth certificate or legal guardianship proof) to collect the Prize on their behalf.

- Promotion Period: 23 June 2025 to 20 September 2025.
- Mobile Octopus added via the “Octopus App for Tourists” is not eligible.
- The cash rebate rewards will be offered in top-up value. Each linked Octopus Wallet is entitled to receive a maximum of $100 in top-up value during the promotion period, subject to the total cash rebate rewards limit, which is capped at $1 million.
- Cash rebate rewards will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time of completion of eligible retail transactions during the promotion period after the promotion registration.
- Once the total cash rebate rewards limit has been reached, no further cash rebate rewards will be offered, regardless of whether an individual eligible Mobile Octopus user has reached the $100 cap.
