To easily replace your On-Loan Personalised Octopus at an Octopus Service Point:

*Online registration is NOT applicable to the following card types:

  • Airport Staff Personalised Octopus
    (Please bring along your Airport Staff Personalised Octopus in person to any Airport Express Customer Service Centre for arranging card replacement)
  • MTR Corporation Staff Personalised Octopus
  • Kowloon Motor Bus Company Staff Personalised Octopus
  • CityBus Limited Staff Personalised Octopus
  • Sun Ferry Services Company Limited Staff Personalised Octopus

A new On-Loan Personalised Octopus card will be sent to you within 2-4 weeks after registration. During this period, you can check the Registration Status.

 

Step 3 - Go to one of our Octopus Service Points for data transfer

Take both your old and new On-Loan Personalised Octopus cards to an Octopus Service Point for the services / offers transfer and follow the instructions on screen. All information and most of the linked services / offers will be automatically transferred to the new Octopus card, and the old Octopus card will be retained for destruction later.
