Replacement Procedure
On-Loan Octopus card replacement programme applies to Anonymous Octopus and Personalised Octopus with deposit. An Anonymous Octopus does not have a name on the back, while a Personalised Octopus has the cardholder’s name and / or photo printed on the back.
Sold Octopus card replacement programme applies to Special Octopus (e.g. card with special designs / Personalised Octopus without deposit), Limited Edition Octopus, Octopus Watches, Mini Octopus and Octopus Ornaments.
