Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS) for JoyYou Card
If you have an existing AAVS that is not linked to your JoyYou Card, you can transfer the services and offers, including AAVS, from your existing Octopus to your JoyYou Card with our “Easy Transfer” Service at the Octopus Service Points.

Newly apply for AAVS
If you haven't applied for AAVS for your JoyYou Card, you can do so in just a few simple steps! After you have set up AAVS for your Octopus, whenever the remaining value is not sufficient, the AAVS reload will be triggered to top up your card to complete the transaction. Call application hotline 2266 2338 to sign up now!
You can also apply in 3 easy steps:
1. Select your financial institution:
Contact your financial institution (With 19 financial institutions offering AAVS now) for the application procedures and latest promotions.
2. Submit your application:
Simply fill in your details and submit it to your chosen financial institution.
3. Activate your AAVS:
Once your application is approved, you will receive an activation notification. Activate the service via Octopus App or visit any Customer Service Centres at MTR stations.
