How to activate

If you are an Octopus Wallet Pro (Verified) or Plus user, and have set up the FPS eDDA¹, you can activate this service in your Octopus App with a few clicks!

Step 1

Open the Octopus App and tap “Automatic Add Value Service (via FPS)”.

Step 2

Tap “Activate Now”.

Step 3

Select Auto Top Up Octopus. Tap “Next” *.

*For Octopus Wallet Plus or Pro (Verified) users, you can first set up FPS eDDA (Electronic Direct Debit Authorisation) instant bank transfer service to activate this service.

For Octopus Wallet Lite users, please upgrade your Octopus Wallet and set up FPS eDDA (Electronic Direct Debit Authorisation) instant bank transfer service to activate this service.

Step 4

Enter your HKID to complete the identity authentication.

Step 5

Set-up is completed.
