How to participate
- Link your Octopus to Dood Rewards(1)
- Tap on “eStamp”
- Tap on “Available” tab and register for the promotion(2)
- Take selected public transport to earn eStamps: Collect 1 eStamp for selected public transport transaction of $10 or above
- Get Max Miles: You will receive a redemption code of 100 Max Miles within 7 days upon every 10 eStamps collected. Tap the “Coupon” icon on top right hand corner, open the eCoupon to get the redemption code.
Enter the Lucky Draw: You are entitled to 1 lucky draw entry upon every 10 eStamps collected!
Each Octopus Rewards Platform Account (i.e. your Octopus Wallet account) can earn up to 3 redemption codes of 100 Max Miles and 3 lucky draw entries throughout the promotion period.

Note:
- The Promotion is not applicable to Child Octopus and Personalised Octopus whose holder is aged 11 or below
- The eStamp rewards, i.e. redemption code of 100 Max Miles are limited and distributed on a first come, first served basis. Once the quota is exhausted, no further rebates will be issued.
Lucky draw and Prizes
The lucky draw will be conducted on monthly basis during the promotion period.
Winner will be randomly drawn by computer system on the dates below. Non-winning entries will be carried forward to the next round.

Grand Prize: 370,000 Max Miles - sufficient to redeem two business class round trip flight tickets to Europe* (1 winner per round, 2 winners in total)
Second Prize: 52,000 Max Miles – sufficient to redeem two economy class round trip flight tickets to Japan* (6 winners per round, 12 winners in total)
Third Prize: 28,000 Max Miles – sufficient to redeem two economy class round trip flight tickets to Taipei* (11 winners per round, 22 winners in total)
*Mileage redemption is subject to the applicable mileage redemption program of the relevant HeyMax partners in effect from time to time.

The winning Octopus Rewards Platform Account numbers will be announced on this webpage, as well as on Octopus’ Facebook and Instagram, published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard according to the following schedule:

Lucky Draw Prize Collection and Redemption
Collection of the Grand prize and the Second prize
- Octopus will contact winners by email to arrange for prize redemption letter collection.
- Winner must collect the redemption letter in person at the Octopus office on the pre-scheduled date and time on or before 5:00 p.m. on 18 December 2026, with the following documents for verification:
- The Number of the Octopus Rewards Platform Account (i.e. the Octopus Wallet number)
- The original email notification
- Hong Kong Identity Card
- If the winner is unable to collect in person, an authorised representative must provide a signed authorisation letter, a copy of the winner’s HKID, and the original HKID of the authorised person
- If the winner is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them and present supporting documents (e.g. birth certificate or legal guardianship proof) to collect the prize on their behalf.
Collection of the Third Prizes
The redemption code of the Third Prize will be sent to the Third Prizes Winners’ Octopus Rewards Platform Account on the dates below:

Redeem Max Miles with your HeyMax Account
- Set Up HeyMax Account: To redeem your eStamp Rewards, Grand Prizes, Second Prizes, or Third Prizes, simply download the HeyMax mobile app via the deeplink provided on the Octopus app or via App Store and create an account, if you aren't already a member.
- Enter Redemption Code: Once logged in, input your redemption code to credit the Max Miles directly into your HeyMax account.
- Redemption Deadline: All Max Miles must be redeemed on or before 28 December 2026. Otherwise, the rewards / Max Miles will be automatically forfeited without prior notice.
- If the prize is not redeemed within the specified period, or if the Octopus is suspended, terminated, cancelled, lost, or stolen at the time of redemption, the prize will be forfeited without further notice.
- No Max Miles can be altered, transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products and/or service under any circumstances.
