1. At the Octopus Service Point, press "Card Replacement" and follow the on-screen instructions;
2. Insert your Octopus into the blue card slot. It will be retained for destruction later;
3. All information and most of the linked services / offers applied to your On-Loan Octopus will be automatically transferred to a new On-Loan Octopus; and
4. Collect your new On-Loan Octopus from the orange card slot.
