OCL has partnered with FRESH, the Hong Kong-style fresh market in Kornhill Plaza, to offer an innovative payment to customers, replacing the traditional payment method. Other than paying at cashiers and self-checkout machines, customers can "Pay & Go" instantly at fresh ingredients zones by paying at any of the 60 Octopus readers in the store – significantly shortening checkout waiting times, and ensuring a speedy shopping experience.
Octopus Dollars Services Offer a More Comprehensive, Faster Customer Refund Experience

With Octopus Dollars Services (ODS), merchants simply upload their customer refund information to the system, then customers will be able to receive them the following day through the Octopus App or any of the 50 Octopus Service Points in major MTR stations.
Plus, ODS automated system generates daily refund reports, helping merchants communicate with their customers. ODS not only accurately handles customer refunds for merchants, it can also reduce related administration costs and time needed, offering a comprehensive customer service experience.

Octopus and Online Store Builder Boutir Partner to Offer Octopus Payments

To help merchants seize online business opportunities during the pandemic, OCL and Boutir have partnered to enable merchants to create online stores with Boutir and enjoy the convenience of Octopus or Octopus Wallet payments.
Boutir supports different online payment means, including Octopus and Octopus Wallet. Boutir merchants only need to download the Octopus App for Business and submit simple documents via a smartphone. Once approved, a merchant can open an account to check transaction records and account balance at any time, as well as instantly transfer the account balance to their registered bank account, without any installation cost.
