If you are a Citi Octopus Credit Cardholder, Dah Sing Octopus App Cardholder, an existing AAVS user linking to a BOC, Citibank, Dah Sing or DBS Credit Card, you can now upgrade your auto-reload amount to HK$500 instantly via the Octopus App.

Before proceeding, please make sure you have read and understood the following:

1. Your Octopus is a registered Octopus on Octopus App.
2. You are the AAVS Account Holder.
3. The existing auto-reload amount of your Octopus is less than $500.
4. You have provided your local mobile number during AAVS application. You can update your local mobile number and/or other personal details online on Octopus website which will be effective within 2 calendar days.
5. Your AAVS account does not have any pending instruction(s), including but not limited to change of auto-reload amount, change of financial institution, cancellation of AAVS, etc.
