Octopus in Apple Pay is now available as a payment method for the App Store and other Apple Services in Hong Kong

Beginning today, Octopus in Apple Pay is now available as a payment method for Apple Services in Hong Kong. This includes the ability to use Octopus to pay for App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV+, iTunes Store purchases, iCloud storage and more.

By simply connecting their Octopus balance on their iPhone and Apple Watch to their Apple Account, customers will be able to quickly and securely pay for their favorite content on the App Store, as well as other Apple Services without needing a credit card. All transactions are safely authenticated with Face ID or Touch ID, and Octopus does not share customers’ bank information with Apple.

With Octopus, customers can manage all spending, including payment for Apple Services, on a single card.

Customers can manage their Apple Account payment information in Settings on iPhone, iPad and Mac or via iTunes Store on PC.
