Existing and New Octopus Registrants May Collect the Last Consumption Voucher of $1,000 under Phase II Distribution from 16 December
(17 November 2022) Octopus Cards Limited (Octopus) reminds the public that eligible registrants (including existing and new registrants) who opted to collect their consumption vouchers via Octopus may collect the third installment of $1,000 from 16 December, provided that their cumulative total "eligible spending" in the first and second installments ($4,000 issued on 7 August 2022 and 1 October 2022 respectively) has reached $4,000 between 7 August 2022 and 30 November 2022.
Multiple channels to check consumption voucher records easily and conveniently; Octopus Service Ambassadors to assist residents
Members of the public will be able to check the records of their Consumption Vouchers, including the cumulative total "eligible spending", through the Octopus App, the Octopus Consumption Voucher Website, Octopus Service Points in designated MTR stations and shopping malls, or by calling the Octopus Consumption Voucher Scheme Hotline at 2969 5588. Octopus Service Ambassadors will also be arranged at 14 MTR stations from 18 – 30 November (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) to respond to public inquiries. MTR stations with Octopus Service Ambassadors include:

Residents whose cumulative total “eligible spending” have not reached $4,000 before November 30 need not worry, as they can still receive the third voucher of $1,000 according to the schedule below (Appendix 1) based on their cumulative spending progress.
For, residents eligible for $10,000 Consumption Vouchers, they will receive the vouchers in four installments. The third installment of $3,000 can be collected from 1 December. Please refer to Appendix 2 for the distribution schedule of each installment.
