Colour Your World with Miffy 3D Octopus Ornaments this Summer

(Hong Kong, 12 June 2018) The Dutch cartoon rabbit character, Miffy, has captured the hearts of millions of fans worldwide with her cute appearance. This summer, Octopus Cards Limited (OCL) is launching for the first time the Miffy 3D Octopus Ornaments, with Miffy dressed in colourful outfits to brighten the world of her fans.

There are three versions of Miffy 3D Octopus Ornaments, differing in their adorable designs. The two adult versions feature Miffy in a blue dress with white flower patterns, or a dress in her classic orange colour holding a lovely teddy bear, both with a special strap. The child version has Miffy in a yellow pilot's outfit, and features a special lanyard. The colourful designs are sure to brighten the world of Miffy's fans this summer. Priced at HK$188 each, with no deposit or initial stored value, the three sets of Miffy 3D Octopus Ornaments will be available for sale from 7am, 20 June 2018, at all 7-Eleven convenience stores in town.

Like other Octopus products, the Miffy 3D Octopus Ornaments can be used for public transport and payments at over 22,900 retail outlets throughout Hong Kong. In addition, users can check their latest 40 transaction records and make online payments through the Octopus App on NFC-enabled mobile devices or iOS mobile devices connected with the Octopus Mobile Reader, bringing greater convenience to their daily lives. They can also apply for the Octopus Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS) and register as Octopus Rewards members to earn Reward$ at designated merchants, or make cash top-ups at OCL's authorised service providers or retailers.
