Who does not like ice-cream? OCL once again partnered with Häagen-Dazs to provide Octopus users a buy-1-get-1-free offer from 13 to 29 October, promoting Häagen-Dazs’ European style takeaway creation.

From now until 28 February 2018, users making payment to online merchants, paying bill, making donation and QR Code Payment via O! ePay will be eligible for a free Häagen-Dazs single scoop eVoucher! It is for the first 12,000 users only on a first-come, first-served basis.

November has become the new shopping month for online shoppers. Between 8 and 30 November, OCL partnered with Yahoo to offer HK$40 discount for purchase of HK$200 or above at Yahoo Deal or Yahoo Store, for the first 2,500 customers.

On 11 November, the Singles’ Day, the first 5,000 customers paying on Taobao Marketplace or Tmall.com with HK$100 or above with their Octopus in one single transaction were treated a Haagen-Dazs free single scoop eVoucher.

Octopus Rewards Members were entitled to an extra Reward$50 upon a single spending of HK$500 or more at Chung Yuen Electrical on or before 30 November.

More tunnels are joining the customer rebate programme offered by OCL further to the launch of the Government’s “Stop-and-Go” e-payment service in addition to the Shing Mun Tunnels. Motorists passing through Cross-Harbour Tunnels can now pay the toll with Octopus. From now until 31 January 2018, eligible motorists who use Octopus to pay at Shing Mun Tunnels, Aberdeen and Cross-Harbour Tunnels will receive a HK$20 rebate upon a cumulative payment of HK$150 or above in a month, subject to a maximum rebate of HK$40. The rebate will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 5,000 customers.

To promote cashless payment in the society, from now till 31 December, customers can enjoy HK$20 rebate for a single transaction of HK$200 or above, up to HK$100 rebate, by using Octopus App O! ePay QR Code Payment at the designated merchants in Hong Kong Science Park. Visit here for more details.
