- Customers must present the designated "Tourist Octopus - China T-Union Card" at the time of payment and pay with the same card at Central HKCS Service Centre in order to enjoy the discount

- Ticket holders are required to download the “HK Sightseeing” App for ticket redemption.
- Ticket holders can enjoy priority boarding for Route H1, H2K, H3 at the Central (Star Ferry Pier) Terminus. Please notify our staff before queuing for further arrangements.
- Passengers who wish to enjoy the priority boarding at Central (Star Ferry) Bus Terminus must ensure that they hold an activated and valid ticket when boarding. Otherwise, Citybus reserves the right to refuse the passenger boarding.
- Ticket is valid for use by the bearer only and cannot be shared with others, transferred or re-sold. Citybus reserves the right to pursue legal action against the ticket holder if such behavior is discovered.
- Passengers must present their dynamic boarding QR code while boarding. Screenshots are not accepted.
- Passengers should ensure that the device used to display the boarding QR code has adequate internet access for verifying the boarding QR code. If the device is unable to access the internet or has poor signal reception, resulting in the inability to display or verify the boarding QR code, passengers will need to pay for the fare with other payment methods and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, cancelled, refunded, or modified.
- If the bearer loses the electronic device containing the valid ticket, or if the bearer deletes the "HK Sightseeing" app after redeeming the ticket, the bearer will not be issued a replacement ticket or receive a refund.
- Lost or damaged ticket will not be re-issued.
- If the open-top sightseeing bus is not available for use because of, inter alia, parts failures or adverse weather conditions, Citybus reserves the right to substitute another non open-top bus to continue the journey. Citybus also has the sole discretion to vary, without prior notice, the service hours, frequency, route and bus stop locations taking into account traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other factors. Citybus shall not accept any responsibility or be liable to ticket holders for any damages or losses caused by or arisen out of the aforesaid or due to any other reasons whatsoever.
- Citybus shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury caused to the ticket holder as a result of purchasing or using this ticket (including but not limited to direct or indirect damage).
- The Public Transport Fare Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this ticket.
- All inter-company Bus-Bus Interchange discounts are not applicable to this ticket.
- Citybus reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Should any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity related to the ticket be discovered, Citybus reserves the sole discretion to immediately invalidate any ticket without any refund, replacement or compensation, and pursue legal action against the ticket holder. In the event of a dispute, Citybus shall have the final decision.
