Yes, you need to sign up and log in to your Octopus Wallet account to redeem or download any offers. You may only view or share offers without logging in to your account.

If you have installed the Octopus App, you may be informed via push notification for any newly-posted offers launched by relevant merchants. Such push notification can be turned off in the Octopus App settings.

Once you have logged in to your Octopus Wallet, you can either download the offers for future use or immediately press the "Use it now" button to redeem your chosen offer. By showing the QR code, barcode or message on the redemption page to the cashier, the offers can be redeemed accordingly. Once you press the "Use it now" button, the offer will not be restored.

Offers can be found in "News and Offers" section on the Octopus App landing page. You will need to log in to your Octopus Wallet in order to download or redeem the offers.
