You can find the entry in the Octopus App through the following:
- Settings > e-Ticketing
- Home > Quick Actions section > All Actions > Lifestyle & Offers > Ocean Park Tickets
- Home > Quick Actions section > All Actions > Lifestyle & Offers > Event & ticketing
- Search Keywords like “Ocean Park Tickets”
Yes. You can set the entry as a Quick Action using the “Edit” function on the “Quick Action” section of the Octopus App.
No. You can login and proceed with your existing Octopus Wallet account.
No, the interface opens within the Octopus App, and you must accept the Terms and Conditions before gaining access.
You can pay by Octopus Wallet and Octopus Card including Mobile Octopus.
After you purchase the ticket in the interface, it will be instantly displayed on the homepage with a QR code for admission, along with the expiry date and Terms and Conditions of general admission ticket. You can use it for admission by simply showing your QR code for entry. If you want to view your ticket QR code, you can go to the homepage of the interface. The QR code will be displayed until you use it.
There is a tab labeled "Expired Tickets" on the homepage of the interface, where used or expired tickets will be displayed.
