OKAccount and Email Address Changes
If I change the registered email address in the Octopus Wallet, can I view and use the purchased ticket?
All tickets remain unchanged, visible, and usable.
What if I register a new Octopus Wallet account with a new email address, can I retrieve the ticketing records purchased via previous Wallet account?
The ticket purchased with your old Octopus Wallet account will not be shown in the Octopus App when you login with your new Octopus Wallet account. To view these records, please log in with your previous account.
What if I delete my Octopus Wallet account and re-sign up using a different email address?
You will be considered a new user of the Ocean Park Ticketing Interface – operated by Appnovation Technologies, and the tickets purchased with the deleted Octopus Wallet account will not be displayed in the new Octopus Wallet account. Please note that all tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
