Octopus Mastercard is a reloadable virtual prepaid card, which allows you to make online payment globally for your purchase of goods and/or services at merchants accepting Mastercard. Payment made by Octopus Mastercard will be deducted from your Octopus Wallet directly.

To get an Octopus Mastercard, you have to be an Octopus Wallet Plus/ Pro (Verified) user . For eligibility details, please refer to "Terms and Conditions for Use of Octopus Mastercard".

Applying for the Octopus Mastercard is free of charge. And there is no annual fee for the Octopus Mastercard.

There is no physical card, the Octopus Mastercard is a virtual prepaid card for shopping.

You can use the Octopus Mastercard to make payment globally at most of the merchants accepting Mastercard, except the following:

1. Merchants or e-wallets do not accept prepaid cards.
2. Merchants that require the presentation of a physical card.
