OKUsing the Easy Park Auto-Payment Service
The parking fee will be deducted automatically from your registered Octopus when you leave the car park.
Check the payment record on the Octopus App.
You can register only one license plate number under the same Octopus Wallet account.
You can temporarily turn off the Easy Park Auto-Payment Service through the Octopus App.
You should top up your Octopus before leaving the car park. If the parking fee is within the “Post-payment Limit” (please refer to the Terms & Conditions of this service), you still can leave the car park, but the service will be suspended afterwards. Please settle the outstanding payment through the Octopus App as soon as possible to continue to enjoy the service.
You can temporarily turn off the Easy Park Auto-Payment Service via the Octopus App before lending your vehicle to someone. If not, the parking fee triggered from your friend or relative will be deducted from your registered Octopus.
You may need to tap your Octopus if your parking fee exceeds $200.
