OKEarning and Using Easy Earn eStamps or rewards
After enrolling in Easy Earn, you will need to join your favourite merchant(s) before earning any eStamps or rewards from them. When purchasing at a merchant you have joined within a valid campaign period using your linked Octopus Card, the eStamps or rewards will be issued directly and shown in the Octopus App, provided the transactions are eligible.
The eStamps or rewards will be issued and shown in your Octopus App within seven days after a transaction is completed.
You will receive a message in the “Service” session of your Message Centre when a new eStamp or reward is issued and shown in the Octopus App
You can earn eStamps or rewards every time you make eligible transactions using the Octopus Card you linked to Easy Earn, whenever there is a campaign at one of the participating merchants you have joined. You can check the list of merchants participating in Easy Earn at the “Offers – Merchants – All” section of your Octopus App. Please be reminded you will only start to earn eStamps or rewards after joining the merchant, and only eligible transactions within the campaign period will be counted. You may check the campaign details for each merchant on their pages.
Yes. If you pay with your Octopus Card linked to Easy Earn and have joined the merchant in Octopus App, you do not need to present the app when making the transaction in order to earn eStamps or rewards. The eStamps or rewards will be issued and shown in Octopus App within seven days after the transaction.

Please check the relevant “Campaign Details” and “Campaign Terms and Conditions” on each merchant’s page for the expiry date of the eStamps or rewards.
You may also check the “Coupon Terms and Conditions” on each eCoupon you earn, regarding the coupon expiry date.
Once you hit the milestones of an eStamp campaign (e.g., 5 eStamps; 10 eStamps; 15 eStamps; 20 eStamps), an eCoupon will be issued automatically. You can check eCoupons by clicking the Easy Earn Section gift box or the gift box on the merchant’s page. You will also receive a message in the “Service” section of your Message Centre when a new eCoupon is issued. However, if the related eCoupon is out-of-stock at the time of issuance, none will be issued.
All your eCoupons can be found in the Easy Earn Section gift box, or the gift boxes on merchants' pages.
You can find the eCoupons in the gift box. Click to open the eCoupon and swipe the "Swipe to use" button to redeem. By showing the QR code or barcode on the redemption page to the cashier, the eCoupon can be redeemed accordingly. Please note that the eCoupon status will be changed to “Used” once the eCoupon is opened, so please only open the eCoupon when you are at the time of redemption.
You can find your eCoupons in the Easy Earn Section gift box, along with statuses including “Expire Soon”, “Available”, “Used” and “Expired”.
If eCoupons have “Expire Soon” or “Available” as the status, you can use them according to their Terms and Conditions.
If eCoupons have “Used” as the status, you have used them before. Certain eCoupons may be reused; others can only be redeemed once.
If eCoupons have “Expired” the status, you may not be able to open and redeem it.
You can click the gift box on the merchant's page, to check whether the eStamps or rewards have been issued.
If not, you may also check if the transaction was eligible, by tapping “Details” on the merchant’s page, and checking the Terms & Conditions.
