Handling Fee¹ (Bank Account Fund Transfer Fee) Standard Rate

Octopus Cards Limited will charge merchants a Handling fee¹ as shown below for fund transfer from their Business Accounts to their registered bank accounts through the Octopus App for Business:

Type of Business Industry	Bank Account Fund Transfer Fee (Effective from 30 September 2018)
Non-transport	1.5% of the amount or HK$1 if 1.5% of the amount is less than HK$1, as the case may be*.
Transport^# (e.g. Taxis)	1% of the amount or HK$1 if 1% of the amount is less than HK$1, as the case may be*.

* Please note that the service fee will be updated from time to time.

¹ The "handling fee" in the Octopus App for Business refers to the "Bank Account Fund Transfer Fee" as defined in the Octopus Merchant Payment Services Agreement, while the "handling fee" for the Octopus Reader 3.0 or Portable Octopus Processor 2.0 refers to the "Percentage Fees" as defined in the Octopus Card Services Agreement.

^# Merchant should provide valid transport service operator licence (e.g. Taxis Driver Licence or Passenger Service Licence) during the application as supporting document.

Transaction Limit

This refers to the aggregate amount of value credited to the Business Account, but excluding refund.
