Send Octopus “eLaisee” to earn $38 reward during Chinese New Year
Experience Joyful Blessings with 16 Chinese New Year Stickers
(Hong Kong, 31 January 2024) Octopus is thrilled to announce the launch of its eLaisee feature, allowing customers to seamlessly send and receive digital Laisee or red envelope during Chinese New Year. New users can earn a $38 eLaisee reward by sending eLaisee.
To mark the year of the dragon, Octopus has introduced an enchanting collection of 10 dragon-themed stickers exclusively created for eLaisee, and six additional stickers designed by homegrown illustrator Miki.
For the past three years, Octopus’s customers have grown accustomed to the convenience and flexibility of sending and receiving eLaisee. To cater to customer needs, the eLaisee function will remain in the Octopus App after the Chinese New Year. Customers can use the Octopus App to send blessings for various occasions, including holidays, birthdays, and gatherings.

Spring Festival Time-Limited Offer: New Users Send $100 eLaisee to Earn $38
Celebrate the Year of the Dragon, Octopus is launching a limited time eLaisee offer. From 1 February to 25 February, new users who set up Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (eDDA) with the Octopus App and send an eLaisee of at least $100 during the promotion period will receive a $38 eLaisee reward.
Sending and receiving eLaisee is very simple and convenient. For example, customers can “Dood” eLaisee directly into a child's Octopus card or use QR codes to send eLaisee during gatherings with friends and family.
Collaboration with Local Illustrator Yields New Stickers Embellished with Joy and Blessings
In line with the Year of the Dragon theme, Octopus will introduce 10 dragon-themed greeting stickers for eLaisee to spread the festive joy. Additionally, Octopus has collaborated with local illustrator Miki to design six stickers for everyday use, aiming to support customers cheer up their loved ones at any time.
