OKAbout Authorised Direct Payment
With the Octopus Authorised Direct Payment, users can enjoy contactless payment services at designated car parks by successfully registering through the Mobile App of designated car park operators.
You must have Octopus on iPhone or Apple Watch, or Octopus on Android, and registered your Octopus number in your Octopus Wallet account.
Please follow the instructions of the specified car park operator for changing the registered Octopus.
Users will receive Octopus App push notification and a confirmation email from Octopus through the email address registered in the Octopus Wallet. Users can also check the "Authorised Direct Payment" page in the Octopus Wallet.
The service will initially be launched at Festival Walk. It will be rolled out to other car parks later.
The transaction fee will be deducted automatically from your registered Mobile Octopus, and user will receive Octopus App push notification. User may check the payment record on the Octopus App.
You can suspend the Octopus Authorised Direct Payment through the Mobile App of the designated car park operator directly.
Users can complete the Octopus Authorised Direct Payment registration through the Mobile App of the designated car park operators.
The Octopus Authorised Direct Payment will be cancelled once you have refunded or successfully reported lost for your registered Octopus.
