Reward$ recovery

Has your Octopus malfunctioned? Is it missing? Don't despair! As an Octopus Rewards member, you can recover the Reward$. This service applies to:

For lost Octopus:

  • Personalised Octopus
  • Standard On-Loan Octopus with Automatic Add Value Service
  • Sold Octopus with Automatic Add Value Service

For malfunctioning Octopus:

  • Personalised Octopus
  • Standard On-Loan Octopus (with or without AAVS)
  • Sold Octopus (with or without AAVS)

If your Octopus malfunctions, please call the Octopus Rewards Customer Service Hotline on 3690 1313 for assistance regarding Reward$ recovery.

Recovery details

When you have successfully reported your Octopus as lost, please call the Octopus Rewards Customer Service Hotline on 3690 1313 to re-link your Rewards membership and recover your Reward$, if any, from your lost Octopus. Then visit any Octopus Rewards Station to download your Reward$ within 30 days.

At Octopus side Lost Octopus successfully reported New Octopus obtained Reward$ on lost Octopus will be forfeited.
At client side    Call 3690 1313 to inform us of your new Octopus number* Within 30 days
Visit any Octopus Rewards Station to download your recovered Reward$.

*Holders of new Personalised Octopus need not call the Octopus Rewards Customer Service Hotline.
