How Do I Join?
It's easy!
Signing up for Octopus Rewards is easy! Just complete your application online. It's quick and secure!
Note: The membership of existing Octopus Rewards members is still valid. Re-registration is not required.

After submitting your form, please allow 10 working days before activating your membership at any Octopus Rewards Station located at designated location or via the Internet if you have an Octopus PC Reader. Then start earning and redeeming immediately.
Activate your membership
After registering online / submitting your form, please allow 48 hours / 10 working days before activating your membership at any Octopus Rewards Station located at designated location or via the Internet if you have an Octopus PC Reader.
You must be aged 18 or above in order to apply for a membership online. If you are aged 17 or below, you will need to apply by fax or post through the instructions to the left.
