Lost Octopus Reporting Service

If you lose your Octopus, please call the Lost Octopus Reporting Hotline on 2266 2266. Please note that our Lost Octopus Reporting Service applies only to Personalised Octopus and Octopus linked to Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS).

Recover Reward$

As an Octopus Rewards member with a Personalised Octopus, you can recover Reward$, if any, from your lost Personalised Octopus. See below for details.

If you have already obtained a new Personalised Octopus as a replacement, your Octopus Rewards membership will have been automatically reinstated. Visit any Octopus Rewards Station to download your Reward$ within 30 days.

Visit any Octopus Rewards Station to download your recovered Reward$.

If you wish to obtain a Standard or Sold Octopus as your new Octopus, your Octopus Rewards membership is automatically reinstated. You still, however, need to call our Octopus Rewards Customer Service Hotline on 3690 1313 to inform us of your new Octopus number. Then visit any Octopus Rewards Station to download your Reward$ within 30 days.

After receiving your successful lost Octopus report, we will deactivate your Octopus and make refund arrangements for any remaining value. You will not be held liable for transactions or auto-reloads made three hours after the successful lost report. No other channels of lost Octopus reporting, including fax or
e-mail, are accepted.

The Octopus function on your Octopus cannot be re-activated once it has been disabled.
