Assistant Manager, Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Reports to Manager, Planning, the incumbent will:

• Assist in providing business analytic support such as data management and business report preparation
• Support the Line Manager in providing customer analysis, data extraction and presentation
• Provide data mining, market intelligence, model building leveraging massive databases
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns including prospecting, program tracking and campaign fulfillment
• Support the implementation/ planning of new initiatives through desktop research
• Provide support to robust market research

Requirements:

• Strong technical skill & CRM related solution on data management using SAS, SQL (Mandatory). Experience in BI development project using Cognos will be an advantage
• University degree with at least 8 years' relevant experience in CRM / Database Marketing / Marketing research
• Sound knowledge in database infrastructure and report automation is preferred
• Ability to work independently and strong problem solving skill
• Good written and spoken in English
