Systems Engineer - Systems Support
Job Reference: (Ref: OCL/TEC/2010-012)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Systems installation and administration work
- Take up day to day systems support and help desk support
- Apply production changes to our application systems
- Require on-call duty after office hours
- Adhere to our ISO quality standards
Requirements:
- Degree holders in Information system / Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administering Unix Solaris 9+,
Linux and Windows
- Practical knowledge of writing Unix/Linux Shell scripts or Perl scripts
- Preferably with at least one year experience in administering Weblogic,
Oracle database, MS SQL database, Web application, or Veritas Volume Manager
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
