Manager, Planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Reports to Senior Manager, Planning, the incumbent will lead a small team to:
• Provide business analytics support on CRM system such as data management and report preparation
• Analyze call lists, reports, campaign planning, execution and tracking
• Support the implementation of planning/ organizing in multiple projects and initiatives
• Demonstrate business acumen to translate business needs into programming and reporting requirements to assist marketing teams and business line managers in decision-making
• Support the line Manager in providing customer analysis, data extraction and presentation
• Provide data mining, market intelligence, model building leveraging massive databases and pricing models
• Provide support to robust market research

Requirements:

• University degree with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in CRM / Database Marketing / Marketing research
• Strong technical skill & CRM related solution on data management using SAS and SQL
• Sound knowledge in database infrastructure and report automation is preferred
• Ability to work independently and strong problem solving skill
• Good written and spoken English
