Customer Relations Supervisor
Job Reference: (Ref: OCL/OPS/2010-056)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the team to handle and settle customer complaints effectively
and efficiently.
- Handle in-bound and outbound calls on general enquiries if needed
- Work with cross-functional teams on investigation and providing resolutions
of complaint cases
- Provide statistical reports on customer calls handling and conduct trend
analysis
- Assist in the implementation of system enhancement and project implementation
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Minimum 3 years working experience in complaints handling
- Fluent speaking in English, Chinese and Mandarin, Very good written in
English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good planning and organizing
