Card Production Supervisor

Job Reference: OCL/OPS/2010-016

To manage and supervise the card production team including card initialization, printing and quality control of Octopus cards and products
To manage the daily Octopus cards and products dispatching and returning to service providers
To provide operational support for planning, Octopus cards & products production and attaining high control measures

University graduate with 5 years operational experiences, preferably with hand on knowledge on banking products or credit card. Experience gained in card production will be an advantage.
Attentive to details and strive for excellence to maintain standard and compliance to regulatory requirements at all times.
Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably with good command of spoken Mandarin
