Human Resources & Administration Officer
Job Reference: (Ref: OHL/HRA/2010-053)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of office supplies including sourcing,
selection, negotiation with suppliers
- Handle full spectrum of office administration services including repair
& maintenance, regular carpet cleaning and pest control and telephone
system
- Assist in annual budget planning and organization of company functions
- Carry out staff recruitment, pre-joining arrangement and on-boarding activities
- Provide support to HR staffing and training functions
- Prepare monthly expenses reports and HR reports
- Maintain documentation, filing system and records
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder of Business Administration, Human Resources Management
or related disciplines
- At least 4 - 6 years’ relevant experience in office administration, facilities
management and HR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with pleasant personality
and well organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and have high level initiatives
- Good command in both written & spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with strong background will be considered for senior officer
