Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall reception duties
- Handle daily office administrative duties, e.g. mailing & courier
services, office supplies ordering
- Perform general administrative duties in Human Resources and Administration
Department
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, with 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Excellent telephone manners
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Presentable, pleasant and customer service oriented
